Next time try using the !admin command to get an administrators attention, also we need more information about the player in order to do something about it.
You can use the command !players to see more player information such as IP address.

Ok will see if I remember next time. I though with the username was enough. He is logged and building to it should be easy to ban. His name is on the screenshot.
