Rules question

I'm new here. My question is about the rule of primary industries. In this server, when the population is 1500 inhabitants, to advance you have to to get goods. Industries of goods are second industries. There is a contradiction.

In this case you have to take goods from industries which you have been supported, for example: you deliver wood to a factory and then you take the goods from same location. It is not allowed to take goods from a industrial location which is supported by another player. Everything clear ?

This is very clear, but in server 8, for example, is totally forbidden use secondary industries, isn't it?

In both servers if you are supplying to a goods producing industory, only you can take goods from it, vice versa you cant take goods from an industory to which you are not supplying.
