Points not recorded yet

On May 5th at Midday Utc, 10pm local time, I should have got 327 points for server X3, but none yet at 12 hours later.
As a sideline that was for about 10 hours playing time minus some afk. which works out to 32 points an hour. That isn't as much as some of the other servers.
I know the score isn't directly proportional to the playing time but it could be evened up between servers.

I have checked the log and I have given a reward. It looks like the connection was failed to database.

For the other point I will also watching to other players on this server to figure out the right scoring. I'm going to assume that you want to reduce something, right?
