not even most of our admins know it, we keep it secret to make hunting for achievements not too easy. the 3 persons that know the list are excluded from the achievements highscore list (me being one of them).

the only thing i thought about is publishing the full list of achievements with only the names, maybe here on a forum thread. and then players have a chance to post ideas to the thread what could be the thing you need to do in order to get it. how do you like that idea?

hmmm i think possessing knowledge how to achieve a goal, motivates us in our actions :)

I dont know how it can work other way. I like to play games with goal. Achievements are very good solution to fight with boredom when your opponent is on 90% and you are on 50%

So even if I wont win the game I can still fight for other points to get :)

I have also another question

So if there are 139 achievements. This means that if one player will get all of them it will be finish for him? What he would do then?

That wouldn't mean that's the end...because u know...here are very creative ppl, so that number is not stable, i mean we can still add achievements...whenever we have new ideas:D
Don't worry, be happy :D

you have seen the shoutbox entries, you got the number 139 from it. so you should also have seen notes from me like "and another 3 achievements". that's how it goes: we're constantly adding more and more. also as programming takes time the implementation of ideas is always behind - the idea list contains 24 more items that haven't been added yet. and ofc that's not the end either, as long as we don't run out of ideas.

what time range is it measuring? since account was created? since game was started? total playing time on this server? total playing time on all servers?
and what are we supposed to do with it when we got that time, what do you mean by "separate"?

I mean make top 10 of paticular achievement , placing scorers according to time they got this. Fastest - first.

I agree that some achievements should remain hidden to prevent people from spamming just for the sake of getting that achievement (like having a certain number of something, blowing stuff up, etc...). But if you get an achievement and don't even know how you did it or what it means, it loses it's entire purpose. (for example: how did I get "Double Power"?)

Right now I don't see how these achievements would motivate me to play a certain way. It would be nice if there were also certain achievements where you know what to do, but that are just hard to reach. For example a perf of 900, winning a game on a certain server, having a train (TL < some length) with a high profit etc... So you know what you should try to do if you're interested in the achievement.
