This company i've seen around, and usually abuses rule 3, today no different, abusing rule 3.

I have signed his rule breaks, 3 times, before posting here, where upon each time they've either changed the sign or deleted it... (i know it doesn't matter post sign creation though).

I enclose a screenshot, and hope that they can be identified.

oh this is on server 5, btw.
