[Confirmed] Ban Evog: Blocking and sabatoging

Evog joined my game on server 8 and started putting trains in the middle of roadways in my cities to shut down bus traffic.

After being caught and screen shotted by myself and ST2, we vote kicked him.

Five minutes later he came back and did the same thing again.

Please ban him and his IP address permanently.

I can confirm that saw this (Evog) player's actions ingame and that's why instantly banned him on BTPro - for me, it's an unwanted player in any community! Made a 14 day ban, because of the dynamic thing on it ^^

Anyway, decision here, I'll leave it to n-ice admins
