[Done] Vote Restart

On 7/13/2018 around 06:00 GMT, server 5 was restarted by one player who logged in twice to vote for a restart.  I was AFK but logged in.  At the time I was 12 billion toward the 15 billion goal.  It was probably 17 hours into the game.  My rate of earnings would have finished the game in less than another two hours.

Is this kind of thing allowed?  Can this player be banned?  My console was truncated before I could screenshot the evidence.  I'm sure the server logs will still show the details.

Is there a way to prevent this in the future?  Thanks.

I realize I may be the only one who cares about this, but it did cost me 500+ points.  Plus there's someone undetected who is using multiple loggins to fix votes.  No admin cares about that?
