Well, I read the logs and then I went to server 8 where the player was playing.

I checked the map and found the station spreading with 2 towns (pictures see up). ST2 talked to me about using terraforming with multiple companies in chat before.

I talked to him (I did it in german language - player was from germany - for correct understanding, i´m sorry about) about last night and referred him to follow our rules from now.

He was honest, he had confessed everything, he had apologized several times for his behaviour.

I confirm the mentioned rule violations and I decided to warn him.

Substantiation:

- he is a new player or have not noticed him yet
- he is playing sometimes (as he said), so a "tempban" isn´t a  real punishment
- he isn´t registered/logged at our community, no advantage at highscorelist.
- he had not bothered any player on server/game

I informed him that if he do it again the ban would be bigger than needed. It´s up to the other admins to decide if it´s necessary to ban him. I also informed him, that a punishment could be submitted by other admins.

despite the fact that he knew well what was doing, Chucky, I saw your efforts (and chats). Well done!

By me, you can consider this ban request issue solved, and lets hope that Der Vollstrecker will respect n-ice server rules
