Is there a way to change the username/login? I don’t think my username is acceptable under current circumstances, so I would like to choose another username. Is it technically possible or do I have to start a new account?

I think you misunderstand. This is when serving things before not working as it should.

Example server 6:
If a city has not hit 1000 population yet then you can have thousands of wood going there but the wood counter has not yet been created. So, we get to say 20 February. The town now peaks over 1000 population for the first time. Now the wood counter is created. At this time town info will show 0/x of wood required. you only have 8 days to fill the quota. Everything that was collected before was sent to /dev/null, before the counter was created.

If the city pops over and back down then that is fine and the counter remains. This is all shown by the requirement counter on the town info screen. At the top of the town info it says 30 days grace.

I'm pretty sure i've seen players deliberately demolish buildings after new requirements as a workaround. But is is not supposed to work that way.

There is meant to be a months grace for when new requirements are added to town but this seems broken.

Example:
Playing Citybuilder v2
Date is 28th February
City is growing
Population changes from 1499 to 1501
Goods are now needed
Date is now 1st March
Your town is not growing

Could be any requirement/commodity I just used goods as an example.

Even if you are supplying goods your town growth will stop because no counter for goods exists until the requirement. Really the counter should be in-place and set running at the time a station can receive goods. But I guess the grace period also as that is what stated.

I normally not so vocal about these things, it is a game after all. but i'm really annoyed on this one.

Rule 3 is a tricky rule, i had an encounter with Gopher and was asked to fix a few things, i did fix my stations. but apparently this wasn't good enough.

I then find that he creates stations like this?? How is it any different??

Is it an airport? is it a train station? regardless... it's obvious it was built to extend the range of the train station.
In my case, i may have even started with trainlength 8 trains with a leading and following carriage, but after two iterations the trains have shrunk and i haven't been bothered to fix the length?
I will not that i didn't even bother to login to play this game and was merely just trying to kill the afternoon. but i am one very dissastisfied player. Who is to tell me i can't have mixed trains, 3, 7 and 25 length? why allow 25 length trains? this administrator is like vladmir putin

sorry. I took a closer look and there was indeed a misconfigured ban that unfortunately caught you. I removed it, you should be able to join now.

I'll ask internally which sites we check as we only use a few of those listed. In the meanwhile you can try to change your IP or you can request that your IP gets removed from the bad list in every site that flagged you.
