how about a map inbetween.
You have alot of those "short" games and 2 really long games.
How about somthing inbetween like 1 or 3 billion and still on a big map with full timeline or somthing like that?

Hi I love n-ice very cool people.

I think the extreme is my favorite, i like coming back to huge lines running making tons of money when i wake up or come back from work
Right now a game lasts 8 hours or so.

I really think a EXTREME EXTREME server would be cool, maybe a 24h goal or more 36h
Maybe we could try it for a week really really long goal

Yeah that´s the reason! The town will try to build the needed sawmill if it´s enough place around. 2nd possibillity: you can build your station next to another sawmill because the main reason to catch the wood is that station is connected to your claimed town (you can check it by the station name - claimed town should be included while creating).

I'm currently playing on the server where the goal is to make your town reach 4000 pop. Now the town requires wood to grow, but there's no sawmill very close to the town. There are two sawmills 20-30 squares from the town, one of which is named after the town. Delivering woods to those sawmills doesn't count, evidently.

Known problem, or am I just being a bit thick here?

Could it be that I've built too much roads around the town, so they can't find a suitable place to build a sawmill close enough?

hi mrmiffi,

all logged in players get points if a company reach the goal. Means you will get nothing if you aren´t online. Further more interesting for long games that the company will be clean by autoclean function if you are not online for a couple of game months. For disable the autoclean you have to use the !saveme command.

What happens if a game ends and you are not online (here I think of the longer games, as I cant be online for around 19 houres at a time, so if I play like 6 houres and build somthing up, what happens if I or another player hit the end score, and the game stops?
