General / Industry production growth Script/GRF

Hello
I am looking for a GS or NewGRF that will controll primary industry production basing on the transported goods values (tation rating). I know game does this normally, but it works globally (one random industry gets it production modified), and the percentages allow even the 100% served industry to reduce production. I am looking for a script that will check all industries individually. Hopefully it will have options to change the variables of how often to update the production and by how many % etc.
If anyone knows / have such a GS i will be grateful for your answer.
Also i read about a "Bee Productive" GS that modifies the industry production basing on goal completion (here: https://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?t=73379), however the download link is broken. Anyone has it to reupload?
PS. I know about FIRS set, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
