Hi Pepegeo,
like stated in the frontpage n-ice.org/ we are currently upgrading and testing our "server/goal manager". Version 13 changed quite significantly how  our "server/goal manager" should interface with the game, so it will take time to sort it out, and deliver a bug free upgrade.

In the meanwhile you can access our servers if you downgrade to 12.2;

You can use our specially crafted game client that have few nice to have modifications, http://www.n-ice.org/openttd/forum/index.php?topic=610.msg3556#msg3555

As far as I known the only solution is to change your IP or you can request that your IP gets removed from the bad list in every site that flagged you.

Hello MelodyEmber,
openttd recently released a new version 12.0. For the time being our servers are still running version 1.11.2. If you are using steam and it upgraded automatically you can try as a workaround change which version steam uses by going to game's properties, and within "Betas" tab select "1.11.2 - 1.11.2 release".

Hey,
I'm not the most suitable person to fully answer this, but I can give some clues from what I have heard.

So currently we only have a single dedicated machine where all Openttd servers run (#1 till #10), in this machine we simply cannot add more servers, there isn't enough free computing for that. We can rework some less popular server(s), but simply adding is not possible.

Next, can we add more machines all under the same "umbrella" all connect and integrated with the website? Yes, it is possible. It is something we have done in the past. There used to machine "k" and machine "x", each running a few servers. This machines were kindly donated, and we were happy to have them.

Now the most tricky part. From what I gather, you want to pool money to get a new machine? Maybe something like patreon, liberapay, or even direct donation? That can get hairy really fast, but I guess it is worth a shot to devise some plan everyone can agree on.
